General Policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our print-on-demand publishing process, we do not accept returns for any book orders.
Order Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your order and request a full refund prior to shipment. Once the order has shipped, it will be considered final, and no cancellations, returns, or refunds will be permitted. Orders are typically processed and shipped within two weeks. After shipment, the order will be marked as complete.

Damaged Items
At Clarice Jefferies Publishing, we take great care to ensure all books are delivered in excellent condition. In the rare event that your book arrives with accidental damage sustained during shipping, we are committed to your satisfaction. We will gladly exchange it for a replacement copy of the same title.
To initiate an exchange for a damaged item:
- Please notify us within 5 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, a brief description of the damage, and clear photographic evidence.

Please note: Exchanges will only be granted for items damaged in transit. Damage resulting from misuse, handling after delivery, or normal wear and tear will not be covered.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods to the following address:

While you are responsible for returning the Goods to Us, we want to reassure you that we cannot be held accountable for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of receipt of the return delivery.
